“I'll do it soon”
for long enough.

START YOUR PROJECTSound familiar? You've built something real.
Your website doesn't show it.
You've been selling. You have reviews. You have repeat customers. You know your product works. But your website is either embarrassing, half-built, or nonexistent — and every month you push it to next month.
You're not lazy. You're busy doing the thing that actually makes money. The website sits there because every time you open Shopify or Squarespace, you spend three hours and make no visible progress. So you close the tab and go back to packing orders.
You signed up for Shopify six months ago. You still haven't published a product.
You're at someone else's mercy — Etsy's algorithm, Instagram's reach, a platform that can shut you down tomorrow.
You tried to DIY it. The result looked like everyone else's site. You took it down.
"Maybe after the holidays." You've said this four times.
You hired someone on Fiverr. They took the money for a half-done job and went quiet.
You've googled "best website builder" and read eleven contradictory Reddit threads. You're more confused than when you started.
Here's what's true: your product is good enough. Your audience is real enough. You don't need another six months of research. You need someone to just build the thing.
That's what I do. I build Shopify stores and Squarespace websites for founders who are done waiting. You give me your photos, your copy, and your brand colours by day 3. I take it from there. Ten days later, you have a site you're proud to send strangers — and you know how to run it yourself.
PLATFORM CHOICEYou tell me what you do.
I tell you what we build.
You sell products
I build on Shopify. It's built for inventory, checkout, and shipping — and it owns the customer relationship so Etsy can't take it from you.
You sell services
I build on Squarespace. It's built for booking pages, service listings, and portfolios — clean to maintain, easy to update yourself after handoff.
Two platforms. It's how I deliver 10-day builds that actually work. If you sell products, you don't need a Squarespace site. If you're a personal trainer, you don't need a Shopify store. Most founders know which one applies to them before they read this. No discovery call required for this decision, but if you’re unsure, schedule a call here.
How it's differentOne person. Ten days. No surprises.
Most "web design" projects drag for months. You chase updates. You get handed off to someone you've never spoken to. You launch six weeks late. This isn't that.
01
I build it. I answer your messages. I hand it over.
There's no team behind me. No project manager you'll never hear from again. No subcontractors. The person you talk to on day one is the person who builds the site and delivers it on day ten.
02
You will know how to run it yourself after handoff.
The handoff call isn't a rushed 15 minutes. You leave it knowing how to update a product, change a price, swap an image, and add a page — without calling me. But I’ll be here if you need me.
03
One flat price. No scope creep. No mystery invoices.
You get a number before anything starts. The base price includes everything you need to launch. Add-ons are listed on the pricing page — no surprises at handoff. 50% on contract, 50% at launch.
WHAT’S INCLUDEDOne price. Everything to launch.
No surprise invoices. No scope creep. The base price covers everything you need to go live. Add-ons exist — and they're listed — but they're additions, not hidden requirements.

your Shopify or Squarespace subscription is between you and the platform. After launch30 days of support.
Included.
Every build comes with 30 days of post-launch support. It's part of the project price — not something I add to sound generous. Here is exactly what it covers.
You reach me by email. I respond within one business day. For ongoing support beyond 30 days, the extended annual option is $500.
Bug fixes
Anything that breaks or behaves unexpectedly after launch — I fix it at no charge.
Platform questions
You can't figure out how to update something. I walk you through it.
Small copy edits
You want to update a price, change a service description, or fix a typo. Done.
Technical issues
Something looks broken on a specific device or browser. I investigate and fix it.
What it doesn’t cover
New pages, new products, design changes, or new functionality. But no worries, there are add-ons!
Start my projectTell me about your business.
Fill this in. I'll come back to you within one business day with a clear scope and a flat price. No sales call. No pitch deck. Just a number and a start date.
If you're not sure about something, say so in the "anything else" field. I'll ask what I need.
On timing: I take on a limited number of projects each month. If you have a launch deadline, include it below — I'll tell you upfront if I can meet it.
What happens, and when.
Here is the exact timeline. Your responsibilities are marked clearly.
Nothing on your plate after day 3.
Before day 1Days 1–3Days 1–3Days 4-6DAY 7DAYS 7-8DAY 9DAY 10You sign the contract and pay the deposit
I send you a contract and an invoice for 50% of the project total. The 10-day clock starts the moment both are back. I also send you a content brief so you know exactly what to prepare.
You send me everything I need
Product photos. Page copy. Logo and brand colours. Any existing assets you want to keep. I need these by the end of day 3. Everything after that is off your plate.
I set up the structure
Platform account configured, theme selected, domain connected, core page structure built. I work in your account from day one — you have access throughout.
I build
Products loaded, pages built, design applied, forms and checkout configured. The site takes shape. You don't hear from me much during this phase — I'm building.
I send you the first preview
You get a link to the password-protected build. Review everything. Compile your feedback. You have 48 hours to send round one of revisions.
You review and send feedback
One consolidated feedback document — not a drip of individual messages. I need your round one notes by end of day 8 to stay on schedule.
I apply revisions and send round two
All feedback addressed. You review the updated build and send any remaining notes. Round two is the last scheduled revision round in the base price.
Handoff, training, and launch
Final invoice sent and paid. I run a 60-minute handoff call where I walk you through the back end. You will leave knowing how to update a product, change a price, add a page, and contact support — without calling me. Then we go live.
What if your content arrives late? If I don't have your photos, copy, and brand assets by the end of day 3, the timeline shifts by however many days the content is delayed. The 10-day clock only runs when I have what I need.
What about branding? If you don't have a logo and brand colours yet, I offer a branding starter ($1,500, invoiced separately, paid in full upfront). Branding runs before the build starts. The 10-day clock starts only when your brand file is complete and your assets are ready.
Rush delivery (5 working days instead of 10) is available for $1,000. Add it to your intake form.
The 10-day buildQuestionsEverything you need to decide.
If something isn't here, put it in the "anything else" field of the intake form.

A Shopify store build is $3,500. A Squarespace site build is $2,500. A standalone landing page on either platform is $1,500. Flat prices — one number, not a range, not "starting from."
Add-ons are available: page copy ($400/page), product descriptions ($15/product), Klaviyo welcome flow ($600), platform migration ($800), SEO starter ($500), and more. The full list is on the pricing page. Payment is 50% on contract signing, 50% at handoff.

If you are already making sales — through Etsy, Instagram, or word of mouth — yes. You've already proven your product. The question is whether you want to own that business or keep renting the audience from a platform that can disappear you overnight.
If you have no customers yet and no proof of demand, a website won't fix that. But if you have sales, reviews, and a customer base you can't contact directly — a website changes that. You collect emails. You run abandoned cart sequences. You're not at someone else's mercy.
-
AI can write copy and suggest layouts. It cannot connect your Shopify store to your payment processor, configure your shipping zones, set up abandoned cart recovery, link your domain, run your handoff training, or be there 30 days later when something breaks.
The work isn't generating a design. It's the 200 decisions between "I signed up for Shopify" and "my store is live and I know how to run it." If you want to try it yourself with AI help, go ahead — and if you close the tab in frustration six hours later, the intake form is still here.
-
By the end of day 3: your product photos or service imagery, your page copy, and your logo and brand colours. That is the complete list.
If you don't have copy written, I offer page copywriting at $400/page. If you don't have a logo or brand colours, the branding starter ($1,500) runs before the build begins. You don't need to arrive with everything perfect — but I do need your content before I can build.
-
The 60-minute handoff call covers everything: how to update a product or service, how to change a price, how to add a page, how to read your basic analytics, and how to contact Shopify or Squarespace support directly. You leave able to run it yourself — not just manage it until something goes wrong.
After that, 30 days of post-launch support is included. Bug fixes, small copy edits, platform questions — all covered. Extended annual support is available for $500.
-
Two rounds of revisions are built into every project. The first preview lands on day 7. You review and send consolidated feedback. I apply it and send round two. That covers the vast majority of changes.
If more is needed, additional revision rounds are $300 each. Projects stay on track when the brief is clear upfront — which is why the intake form asks specific questions. I've never handed over a site that wasn't agreed and signed off.
-
Ten working days from contract signing, assuming content is ready. Days 1–3: you send assets. Days 4–6: I build. Day 7: first preview. Days 8–9: revisions. Day 10: handoff and launch.
The reason 10 days works is simple: one person makes every decision. No committee, no approval chain, no handoff between a strategist and a developer. I've done this enough times that the build itself is fast. The only variable is content — if it's late, the clock shifts by exactly that many days. Rush delivery in 5 working days is available for $1,000.

No. You need to know what you want to say — what your business does, who it's for, and what makes it different. If you can tell me that in a voice note or a messy Google Doc, I can write the copy for the page. Copywriting is $400/page as an add-on.
Most Squarespace clients add at least an about page and a services page. Most Shopify clients either write their own product descriptions or add the $15/product copywriting option. Tell me what you need in the intake form and I'll include it in the quote.
-
You need a logo and brand colours before I can build. If you have them, we're ready. If you don't, the branding starter is $1,500: a logo, colour palette, font pairing, and a brand file you own outright.
Branding is invoiced separately and paid in full before work begins. It runs before the 10-day build clock starts. The sequence is: branding complete → assets ready → build begins. I'll give you the full combined timeline when you fill in the intake form.
-
Migration from Etsy, WooCommerce, Wix, or WordPress is $800, added to the base project. This covers moving your product catalog, redirecting existing URLs where possible, and making sure your existing traffic doesn't vanish after launch.
Mark "Yes" on the migration field in the intake form and tell me which platform you're moving from. I'll confirm exactly what's included for your setup before you sign anything.

You've been warned to ignore solicitations. You've been burned by someone who took payment and went quiet. That fear is rational — the market for web design freelancers is full of people who overpromise and underdeliver.
Here's what I can offer: a contract that specifies the timeline, a structured process with a preview on a named day, portfolio work you can inspect right now, and real client names you can look up. I don't take on more projects than I can deliver in 10 days. I'm not running a volume operation. You get my direct email from day one — and I answer it.
