Founded by Sofia Cornali — a digital strategist with roots in Italy and experience across European and US markets — Digital Willow brings a unique blend of cultural fluency, precision, and adaptability.

About Sofia
Sofia is the founder of Digital Willow — a bilingual strategist and eCommerce project manager with a background in diplomacy, a mind for data, and a deep love for beautiful, functional online spaces.
Born and raised between Italy and the U.S., Sofia speaks six languages (fluently in English, Italian, and French — with Portuguese, Arabic, and German not far behind) and holds degrees in international affairs, politics, and data science from institutions including the University of Bologna, Johns Hopkins SAIS, and Northwestern University.
After multiple years working in politics, international relations and diplomacy, she began her digital career working in-house as an eCommerce and marketing manager before moving into consultancy and agency roles, where she led digital transformation projects across industries like fashion, food, and nonprofit. After witnessing how often clients were left with unfinished work and half-built websites simply because something was “out of scope,” she decided to build something different — where curiosity, care, and follow-through are non-negotiables.
Sofia is a listener, builder, and strategist who believes no stone should be left unturned — even the ones you didn’t know were stones. She once taught herself front-end development just to complete a project her team couldn’t staff. Today, she continues to bring that same energy and adaptability to every client and platform.
She is a Shopify Partner, a Squarespace Circle member, and has deep hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, GA4, Mailchimp, Webflow, WordPress, Moodle, Pinterest Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, HubSpot, Gorgias, Python, and SQL.
When she’s not running Digital Willow, she’s quietly working on a social startup to help older adults navigate an increasingly digital world.
