Patients had no clear way to know which office to go to for which exam.

Lunigiana Diagnostica, formerly Studio Radiologico Micheletti, is a diagnostic imaging and specialist medical center spread across three locations in Aulla, covering everything from high-field MRI to 14 specialist clinical areas. The previous setup gave patients no clear way to know which office to go to for which exam. I rebuilt the brand and the site from the ground up to fix that.

I designed and built the Squarespace site, structured around the three physical locations, each clearly listing what exams and visits happen there, with direct contact and hours per location. -
The center's biggest patient complaint was confusion over which of the three offices to go to. The new site fixes that directly — each location now clearly states what it offers, with hours and contact attached, cutting down on patients showing up at the wrong office.
